**What’s the role**Generative AI is a key transformative technology for Legal, and a new role has been created within the LISS team for a M365 Copilot specialist to drive adoption, enable advanced use cases, and build lightweight Copilot agents using Copilot Studio (Lite). The role will serve as a trusted advisor to Legal end users, helping them get maximum value from Copilot and other AI capabilities, and facilitating AI best practice development and skills transfer across the Legal organisation. **What you’ll be doing** * Operations and support for legal information systems, M365 Copilot and Office 365.* Act as an internal M365 Copilot subject matter expert, advising Legal users on effective use, ways of working and advanced, high value use cases.* Design, build and maintain Copilot Studio (Lite) agents to support business workflows by translating business needs into practical Copilot and agent solutions.* Develop, apply and disseminate M365 Copilot training materials, playbooks, ...
