Copilot Developer

Location: Charlotte, NC

Salary Range: $65-70/hr on W2

The role is an individual contributor position responsible for designing, building, and operationalizing enterprise-grade AI agents and automation solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes. This position operates at a mid-to-senior level, applying deep Power Platform and integration expertise to shape solution design, define reusable patterns, and implement scalable agent-based workflows.

• Must have experience building production-grade Power Platform solutions, including Copilot Studio agents and complex Power Automate flows.
