OVERVIEW
WME is seeking a Coordinator to support senior leaders across Product, Design & Engineering (PDE).
This role is embedded in a fast-growing Product, Design & Engineering organization that is actively building how work gets done. The environment is hands-on, highly collaborative, and constantly evolving. The Coordinator plays a critical role in keeping momentum high, details tight, and teams focused as ideas move quickly from concept to execution.
The role will report to Product, Design & Engineering leadership at WME and is based in Los Angeles, CA.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support senior PDE leaders with scheduling, travel coordination, expenses, and preparation of materials for meetings, reviews, and working sessions.
Help keep multiple initiatives moving at once by tracking progress, organizing inputs, and following up on open items.
