Controls Scrum Master

POSITION SUMMARY

The Controls Scrum Master will facilitate Agile delivery for the Americas controls application teams. This role will support multiple cross‑functional teams across Mexico and US locations, ensuring effective adoption of Scrum and Kanban methodologies while removing impediments to team productivity and delivery excellence. This position plays a critical role in the Americas regional controls organization, enabling teams to deliver high‑quality controls applications for multiple product lines (DX, EDGE/CRV) while maintaining strong coordination with global Product Owners and technical leadership.

This position will be based onsite at Vertiv's Monterrey, MX - Apodaca location.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Agile Facilitation (40%)
