Controls Engineer (PLC) Experience: 2 – 8 Years Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech (Mechatronics Preferred) Industry: Machine Tools / Automation Key Roles & Responsibilities - Design, develop, and implement PLC and CNC programs for industrial machinery.
- Develop and optimize NC programs for laser and bending machines .
- Perform testing, debugging, and simulation of PLC/NC programs to ensure smooth machine operations.
- Modify and improve existing PLC programs to enhance machine performance, productivity, and efficiency .
- Understand and analyze control specifications, product requirements, and communication architecture .
- Interpret electrical drawings and perform troubleshooting for machine control systems.
- Understand and work with pneumatic and hydraulic circuits used in machinery.
