Assist in programming, configuring, and troubleshooting Siemens PLCs and HMIs for mixing/compounding equipmentSupport troubleshooting of control systems, drives, and instrumentation to reduce downtime.Help maintain documentation of control programs and wiring diagrams.Collaborate with engineers on equipment installations and process improvements.Learn and apply safety standards and company policies in all tasks.Support capital spending projects and implementations of new equipmentAssist and support the implementation of Factory Talk and other automation softwareWork with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement projectsSupport and train maintenance techniciansSupport TPOC, Gemba, and 5S programsTraining and coaching on Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Camline, Iconics, WiriTec, among others, depending on the i...
