About the Role

As ESG Controller, you will play a key role in integrating Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) requirements into controlling, performance management, and reporting processes. You will ensure that ESG data and KPIs meet finance‑controlling standards such as governance, transparency, consistency, and auditability, in line with EU CSRD and ESRS requirements. This role is critical in making sustainability data reliable, decision‑relevant, and audit‑ready.

What You Will Do

• Act as the Senior ESG Controlling counterpart for assigned CSRD and ESRS metrics, managing end‑to‑end data governance, validation, consolidation, and documentation.
• Apply controlling principles (consistency, comparability, plausibility, reconciliation) to ESG KPIs and data processes.
