Overview:

Our client is seeking an experienced Controller to lead the firm’s general ledger and financial reporting functions while managing outsourced property and development accounting consultants. This role serves as the central accounting owner for the platform, ensuring accurate, timely, and GAAP-compliant financials across operating properties and development projects.

The Controller will manage one local accounting staff member and oversee third-party accounting firms responsible for property accounting and development accounting. This position requires strong technical accounting expertise, excellent review skills, and the ability to effectively manage external partners.
