A leading specialist architectural metalwork contractor based in North London is currently looking a permanent Contracts Manager to oversee an annual project book of approximately £4 million across multiple high-spec residential and commercial schemes.
Start Date : ASAP Salary: £75,000 per annum + Company Car
Hours : 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Flexibility required to meet project demands)

Location : North London (Office & Sites)
Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the delivery of multiple architectural metalwork packages (totaling ~£4M per annum).
• Supervise and support Site Managers to ensure all projects are delivered on programme.
