A property development company is currently seeking a Contracts Manager to join their team in Johannesburg. Candidates are to have extensive experience in upmarket residential development projects.
Requirements:
•BSc/ BTech: Construction Management
•Professional Registration with SACPCMP is advantageous.
•10 - 15 Years’ experience
•Extensive experience in upmarket residential developments/ specialising in residential developments
•Highly proficient in MS Office, MS Projects, CCS Candy (Programming)
•Knowledgeable in the JBCC & NEC forms of contracts
•Able to work independently
•Leadership & managerial experience
