Contract Specialist

Health concern based in the North has an opportunity for a Contract Specialist for a contract role. Previous experience in Contract Management is essential as well as a BCom Law or LLB qualification.

Duties & Responsibilities

This is a crucial role in managing the contractual aspects of business agreements. This includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts to ensure compliance with legal requirements and policies. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and legal teams to facilitate successful contract execution. Manage, coordinate and administer contractual agreements relating to new and existing clients and suppliers. Assist with improving contract coverage and achieving commercial savings.
