Contract Manager

We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to strengthen our commercial and contractual management capability across major infrastructure and industrial projects. The role is central to the project lifecycle and is responsible for safeguarding contractual compliance, managing commercial risk, enhancing project profitability, and supporting senior management with accurate reporting and strategic advice.

• Work closely with project teams, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal centers of expertise within Bouygues Construction.
• Negotiate, prepare, and administer contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review contractual terms to ensure alignment with project objectives, legal requirements, and company policies.
