POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for coordinating and facilitating the contract process within assigned Ministry, including physician and vendor contracting. Accountable for maintaining contract process in compliance with applicable Ministry and Trinity Health policies and procedures. Serves as liaison between Legal Department and Ministry business owners in support of contract process. Responsible for supporting Trinity Health’s Contract Management System (CMS) on behalf of Ministry. Serves as the local Ministry's CMS Contract Administrator, which includes managing Ministry user access and security, and working in collaboration with Trinity Health's CMS System Administrator in educating Ministry end users about the CMS, the impact of contract management and compliance, and other contract management processes.
