Contracts Administrator/Analyst
The Contracts Administrator/Analyst undertakes all tasks directly related to the contract coordination and contract lifecycle management.
Duties & Responsibilities
Production
- Extracts data from the client’s proprietary databases to prepare contract summaries for approval
- During the summary preparation and contract data entry, ensures that the data is accurate by verifying information previously entered by procurement representatives
- Timely submits the contract summaries for approval
- Acts as the liaison between the members of the Procurement Department and third party vendors/suppliers to ensure that contracts are properly executed and delivered
