Content Manager

What you’ll be responsible for : Leading and managing a content & creative team — setting direction, reviewing work, and raising the bar consistently. Owning copy across platforms — from campaigns to everyday communication. Bringing strong design understanding and creative judgement to every piece of output. Handling high-volume creative production without compromising on quality. Building templates, systems, and standardisation to ensure consistency across clubs and platforms. Taking full ownership of timelines, delivery, and output quality. What we are looking for : Proven experience in leading content/creative teams. Strong copywriting skills — clear, sharp, and adaptable to different formats. A good eye for design, layout, and brand consistency. Ability to manage scale and speed without chaos. Someone who organizes and streamlines.
