Overview
Duration: Initial 6-month contract with possible extension for 2026. Location: Remote – anywhere in Mexico.
Responsibilities
- Salesforce Deployment Leadership
- Lead end-to-end deployment of Salesforce modules for Field Sales and Customer Care.
- Collaborate with global and regional IT, business stakeholders, and external partners.
- Ensure alignment with global architecture and data governance standards.
- Change & Adoption Management
- Drive change management initiatives in collaboration with the Project Manager to ensure successful user adoption.
- Deploy training plans, onboarding materials, and support structures for field and care teams, tailored to the Mexican market.
- Process Optimization
- Identify and implement process improvements enabled by Salesforce capabilities.
