Role Overview
IBM Consulting ASEAN is seeking an experienced Day 2 Operations Tech Lead to join our Public Sector Data & AI practice. The Lead will manage operations and continuous improvement of enterprise data and AI platforms deployed on Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) within a government data centre environment. Key responsibilities include leading a team of consultants, overseeing service delivery, and collaborating with client stakeholders to meet SLA commitments and platform health targets.
