In this role, you're not just a doer—you’re a driver of the team’s direction on-site .

Experienced professionals are preferred,
but we also consider electrical students and those at the beginning of their careers .

• You guide and support other workers on-site
• You ensure work progresses according to plan
• You make sure work is done safely and efficiently

In practice, the team leader acts as a link between site management and workers , coordinating daily operations on-site
