We are looking for a detail-oriented Construction Site Supervisor with 1-2 years of experience. Your role will involve supervising workforce dynamics, coordinating schedules, and estimating costs. You will also recruit, train, and ensure the compliance of health and safety standards across projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily activities of construction workers
• Co-ordinate project schedules efficiently
• Recruit and hire skilled workers as needed
• Train employees or manage training sessions
• Read and interpret blueprints and project drawings
Requirements:
• Completion of high school graduation certificate
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in construction
