As a key Safety Coordinator, you will empower project teams with your extensive safety knowledge, enhancing their capabilities for managing risk on-site. This role involves mentoring and guiding teams to uphold safety practices while fostering a culture of continual improvement. You will liaise with various stakeholders, ensuring all safety protocols align with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement Site-Specific Safety Plans and assessments
• Collaborate on high-risk operations and training needs
• Oversee incident investigations and root cause analysis
• Support compliance with OHSA and WorkSafeBC standards
• Facilitate safety audits and address regulatory requirements
Requirements:
• 5–8+ years in construction safety management
