Role Overview The Construction Project Manager will oversee a wide range of industrial construction projects from RFP through closeout, ensuring each phase is executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with client expectations. The role emphasizes safety, compliance, and proactive planning—defining project scope, selecting qualified contractors, developing detailed schedules, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. The successful candidate will monitor financial performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and drive efficiency across all project phases. Strong technical expertise, clear communication, and the ability to navigate complex challenges professionally are key. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders is essential to deliver high-quality, safe, and sustainable outcomes.
