WE’RE HIRING: CONSTRUCTION PROJECT ESTIMATOR
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Construction Project Estimator to join our growing team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects
- Analyze plans, drawings, and specifications
- Perform quantity take-offs and cost analysis
- Coordinate with engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Prepare BOQ, cost proposals, and bid documents
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in construction estimating
- Strong knowledge of materials, labor costs, and project scheduling
- Proficient in estimating software (e.g., Excel, etc.)
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
