Construction Project Director - Semiconductors

In this role, you will be a key leadership position responsible for driving end-to-end the largest and most complex projects in the semiconductor area in North Asia. This role ensures we deliver exceptional customer experiences, operational excellence, and strong financial outcomes across a portfolio of high impact construction programs.

As a trusted partner to our customers and internal stakeholders, you champions Hilti’s values, enables high performance in cross-functional teams, and ensures our solutions and services reinforce Hilti as the partner of choice.

The position is based in Taiwan within the Energy & Industry team, and is part of a setup composed of 3 project directors (Americas, Europe and Asia) aiming to maximize the usage of Hilti solutions globally.
