About The Role

As Construction Manager, CSA, you will take ownership of delivering complex capital projects at site level, ensuring full alignment with group standards and strategic objectives. You will lead the end-to-end delivery of new builds, expansions, and upgrades, coordinating closely with engineering, connectivity, and operations teams to guarantee integrated execution. This includes managing contractors and site teams, maintaining strict compliance with budget, schedule, and regulatory requirements, and driving governance through accurate reporting and active participation in sign-off forums. You will support customer engagement and operational handovers, embed group-wide best practices, and champion continuous improvement across all phases of delivery.
