Conformal Coating Technician

PGS Worldwide is seeking a Conformal Coating Technician in Oldsmar, FL for a one-year contract-to-hire role supporting a leading aerospace & defense company.

The Conformal Coating Technician will operate coating and dispensing machines used in electronics manufacturing. This role includes masking circuit boards, applying conformal coating and potting materials, inspecting coverage, performing manual touch-up, maintaining coating equipment, and handling chemicals and process fluids safely.

Required Skills

• Experience operating dispensing and/or coating machines.


• Ability to mask and tape circuit boards in areas that must remain free of conformal coating or potting.


• Ability to inspect assemblies for proper coating coverage.
