Job Description
To deliver and maintain Engineering CAD and IT systems, encompassing both hardware and software, in support of effective engineering project execution.
Co-ordinate, set up and support computer aided engineering systems (CAES)Obtain standards information for SPS/client project specific requirements with PSL CAES and validate systems to be usedSet up layering conventions, symbology and drawing sheetsConfigure workstations for network printing and provide technical support for all printing and plotting activities.Continually review and update SPS documentation and revise /modify to suit client specific requirementsInvestigate relevant corrective solutions (software developer/internet)Stay up to date with software changes and enhancements.Support CADD users by evaluating new software, testing it against updated documentation, and assisting with the rollout of new applications...
