Responsibilities

  • Leading the compliance functions of and group.
  • Collaborating with other related teams including risk management, internal audit, and legal.
  • Ensuring the group companies’ compliance with applicable laws, with focus on compliance with rules and regulations issued by the Office of Insurance Commission (OIC) and other regulatory bodies.
  • Advising the business and operations teams in regards to legal and regulatory compliance pertaining to business practices and opportunities.
