The Compensation and Benefits Manager is a strategic, hands on leader responsible for designing, administering, and continuously improving total rewards programs. This role oversees compensation strategy, benefits administration, payroll processing, HRIS ownership, and the Americas Sales Fleet program to ensure competitive, compliant, and effective rewards that attract, retain, and engage teammates across U.S. and international operations. The role partners closely with leaders to align pay and benefits programs with business goals and performance expectations, conducts market benchmarking and analysis, and supports annual merit, incentive, and sales compensation processes.
