In this role, you’ll assist with switchboard operations and manage incoming calls, pages, and messages, ensuring accurate and timely communication.

The 0.0 Representatives must be available to fill in for planned and unplanned operator days off; requires working a minimum of one regular scheduled shift and two on-call shifts per month as well as covering some weekend and holiday shifts. Candidates must be available for initial training when our call volumes are highest, between 8am and 6pm, 4-6 hour shifts, 18-24 hours per week. This initial training lasts 4+ weeks depending on how many calls are received and how quickly skills are learned, typically a total of 50-100 hours.
