POSITION OVERVIEW: Cultivate new business and provide construction project management for commercial construction projects utilizing RC2 construction technology.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Prospect and nurture new business
• Present RC2 value proposition communications via personal meetings, electronic communications, and scheduled events consistent with commercial construction projects
• Manage all aspects of an assigned commercial project(s) including, but not limited to, the following: (i) monitoring the design process (schematic design to construction documents to shop drawings), (ii) develop/maintain modular unit specifications,(iii) develop/maintain scope...
