Job Description

Working closely with operational, finance and wider commercial teams, the Commercial Manager will provide expert commercial leadership, insight and challenge.

The role will translate commercial strategies into practical operational outcomes, support effective financial forecasting, and proactively manage commercial risks and opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage contract variations, pricing activities, negotiations and commercial recovery actions
  • Act as the primary commercial point of contact for the client on contractual matters and dispute resolution
  • Drive margin improvement, cost control and overall commercial performance of the contract
  • Manage commercial risk, governance, compliance and contractual obligations throughout the contract lifecycle
