Commercial Lines Operations Manager Clearwater

Description

Really need someone who wants to lead, look for opportunities for improvement, implement strategy, etc. Not act as a floating account manager when someone takes vacation. Conduct reviews, resolve conflicts, hire and train new staff, and manage agency software systems. Must be very proficient in Epic and coordinate training and accountability of individuals. Lead by example. Will assist with marketing; prefers a BA, a 2-20 license, or equivalent. Minimum 10 years on the agency side of the business and 5 years in a leadership role. Will also work closely with producers and insurance company reps. Act as the right arm to the ownership group in guiding and implementing new policies. This is a mostly in-office position; you can work from home when needed, but they expect that you are mostly in the office.
