Position Summary

The Collections Representative is responsible for managing and collecting past-due accounts while maintaining strong customer relationships and supporting company cash-flow objectives. This role requires an experienced professional who can independently manage a portfolio of accounts, analyze payment trends, resolve disputes, and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. This position is Monday through Friday 8:00am 5:00pm with the potential to work a hybrid schedule.
