Mô tả công việc: • Manage and evaluate employee’s performance
• Manage Collection unit’s daily utilization and performance (# calls, visits, contacts, PTPs, payments, etc.)
• Control of discipline
• Develop content for all collection tools, as call scripts, sms, letters, IVR messages etc.
• Training of newcomers
• Motivation of a team for targets achievement
• Staff appraisals
