Collaboration Engineer - Avaya

This is a remote position.Essential Functions Plans and communicates the gathering of information from the customer Delivers, implements, and supports a variety of UC technologies including but not limited to Avaya Aura Applications, Voice Mail Systems, Conferencing Systems, SIP integrations, and other U/C Applications Delivers, implements, and supports all associated Microsoft dependencies required to support UC solutions including Windows Server, Hyper-V and VMWare, Active Directory, Certificate Authority, DNS, SQL, Skype, and Exchange Coordinates the delivery and implementation of Linux Servers Delivers configuration and implementation of core UC technologies including SIP gateways, Reverse Proxies, Session Border Controllers, and Hardware Load Balancers.
