Code EC Driver

To transport materials safely from Main stores to a dedicated off‑loading point.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

• Grade 12 or NQF 4 equivalent is essential.
• Driver's License/EC1/04, EC License with valid PRDP is essential.
• 3 years working experience as a professional heavy‑duty driver is essential.

Competencies:

• Demonstrate basic health and safety principles in and around workplace.
• Knowledge of the Road Ordinance Act.
• Knowledge of Impala Platinum rules and Road rules.
• Good communication skills (Fluent in English).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• SAP.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Safely operate and control rigid/articulated trucks and/or telehandler.
