About the Team The Fundraising & Partnerships team at Navi works with external stakeholders, including investors and financial institutions, to secure capital and funds & to establish tech backed partnerships (like co-lending) essential for driving the Lending business. Their efforts ensure that the business has the financial resources needed to support and expand Navi's lending offerings, ensuring smooth operations and sustainable growth. What We Expect From You ● Support the fundraising efforts ● Playing a key role in stakeholder management (both internal & external). ● Manage the investor diligence, liaise with cross functional stakeholders for deal execution and post issuance activities. ● Work on preparation and streamlining of monthly reports and subsequently getting those automated ● Lead preparation of pitch decks, information memorandums, management presentations ● Driving process excellence efforts for post issuance compliances and quarterly reports.
