Job Summary
TheCNC Tool Grinder/Programmer to produce premium quality, high precision,carbide cutting tools using specific tool grinding machines and programs.Will ensure proper set up machines, programming, tooling, and parts are machinedin accordance withmanufacturing standards and specifications.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Program, setup andoperatemachines to produce tools per product specifications.
Ensure product accuracy and uniformity throughout the manufacturingprocesscreating consistent parts.
Read technical drawings/blueprints to develop custom programs for specialty tooling.
Provide general preventative maintenance to all machines.
Identifywheel wear on ALL wheel types
Create master programs for all standard andmodifiedstandard endmills.
