CNC Operator

PGS Worldwide is seeking a CNC Operator in Orlando, Florida for a one-year contract-to-hire role supporting a leading aerospace & defense company. This onsite position supports a mechanical engineering machine shop fabricating aerospace-grade prototype and development parts and assemblies for research, development, and contracted programs. The role works in a clean, climate-controlled environment and supports internal customers by setting up and operating CNC equipment, fabricating metal components, and managing competing shop priorities.

Required Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent experience with additional specialized technical training equivalent to a technical associate degree, or demonstrated ability to perform assigned technical tasks with 3+ years of experience
