CNC Operator

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Operate CNC machines according to production requirements and technical drawings

- Set up tools, materials, and machine parameters before machining

- Monitor machine operation to ensure product quality and accuracy

- Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting

- Inspect finished parts and ensure they meet specifications

- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean working area



REQUIRED SKILLS

- Basic knowledge of CNC machine operation and machining processes

- Ability to read and understand technical drawings

- Familiarity with measuring tools such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges

- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Good attention to detail



EXPERIENCE NEEDED

- Experience in operating CNC machines is preferred

- Experience in the mold, tooling, or manufacturing industry would be an advantage
