Key Responsibilities
Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs for milling and drilling (2D/3D)
Set up and operate machines, perform tooling, offsets, and troubleshooting
Ensure part quality using precision measuring tools and collaborate with quality team
Support continuous improvement and train junior machinists
Requirements
2-5 years of CNC machining & programming experience
Strong blueprint reading & GD&T knowledge
Experience with HAAS systems preferred
Familiarity with CAM software and precision instruments
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
