Those who come fresh from technical schools or institutes in the field of CNC machining and programming, and willing to work O/T and night shift may be prefered.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and manage rubber molding machines.
• Set up machine before production and ensure smooth operation.
• Monitor production process and ensure product quality.
• Perform basic machine troubleshooting when needed.
• Carry out routine cleaning and follow 5S practices.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.

Job Requirements

• Some machining or machine operation experience preferred (minimum 1 year).
