Job Description

Responsibilities
- Oversee and support the operations of schools within the cluster.
- Regularly visit schools to assess program implementation.
- Conduct area and school monitoring.
- Recruit and hire staff.
- Collect and manage data related to educational projects.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors or Master’s degree.
- Experience: 3-4 years of relevant experience in educational projects, including school monitoring and teacher training.
