Cloud Infrastructure Manager

Working Hours: Monday – Thursday (8.30am – 6pm), Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm) (Hybrid working arrangement) | Working Location: Central | Salary Package: Up to $10,000 + AWS | Employment Type: Contract

Responsibilities

• Manage cloud infrastructure services to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs), IT security standards, and organisational policies.
• Oversee cloud infrastructure incidents, ensuring timely resolution within SLAs and implementing mitigation measures to prevent recurrence.
• Develop, review, and improve cloud incident management, escalation, and system monitoring guidelines, processes, and procedures.
• Manage cloud infrastructure contracts, vendors, and operating budgets to ensure effective budget utilisation and service delivery.
