Cloud Engineer

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and automate software deployment processes
• Manage servers and related infrastructure tools
• Set up and administer Windows and Linux operating systems
• Monitor system performance and maintain infrastructure based on requirements
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and work with users/vendors to resolve service disruptions
• Implement and maintain security measures (access controls, backups, firewalls)
• Perform monthly patching and system upgrades
• Ensure compliance with security policies (vulnerability assessments, hardening, patching)
• Respond promptly to incidents and service requests (SRs)
• Generate and review user accounts periodically
• Identify and implement automation opportunities
• Research and recommend improvements to system performance and reliability
