Job Description

Key Accountabilities

• Ensure cloud resources are available, secure, and operating as expected.
• Deliver and maintain day-to-day operations of cloud environments for all strategic, transition, and transformation programs.
• Execute ITIL best practice principles across multiple concurrent release streams in a fast-paced and evolving environment that aligns seamlessly with the production release process.
• Contribute to a culture of delivery innovation and accountability.
• Respond to basic incidents, alerts, and service requests within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
• Maintain accurate records of cloud resources, technologies, and operational processes.
