We are looking for a Cloud Engineer (L2) to support and manage enterprise IT infrastructure across multiple domains including Cloud, Security, Networking, and Systems .

In this role, you will be responsible for proactive monitoring, incident management, troubleshooting, and service restoration , ensuring all issues are resolved within defined SLA timelines .

• Monitor work queues and proactively manage incidents and service requests
• Provide L2 support for medium-complexity issues across multiple technologies
