Monroe Consulting Group is seeking a Controls Sales Engineer based in Shah Alam, Selangor, to drive the modernisation of HVAC/BMS control systems. The role involves conducting site visits, preparing proposals for upgrades, and coordinating with the fulfilment team.

Qualified candidates should have a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and a minimum of 3 years of experience in the HVAC or Building Automation industry. Strong communication skills and a valid driving licence are also required.
