Closing Administrator

CBH Homes, Idaho's number one home builder, is seeking a Contracts/Closing Administrator to rock the Contracts/Closing Department. You must have a positive attitude, be detail-oriented, and highly organized. Knowledge of new construction and/or real estate experience is required as you'll be helping process addendums, working with title companies, reviewing contracts and closing statements.

What you’ll do:

• Closer - reviewing closings daily (Seller side and for Brokerage)


• Inspections & RE-10 Seller response addendums (creating seller responses)


• Closing files in programs 


• Homeowner closing/warranty letter
