Clinical Supervisor- $2,500 Hiring Bonus

Position Summary

The Clinical Supervisor (CS) coordinates and evaluates the implementation of Wraparound services for the program. The CS assists the Program Director in assuring staff develop, implementation, and monitoring of effective services. The CS will assist in the recruitment of staff and assure training and development of staff as well as assist in developing and revising procedures. The CS assists in model oversight and implementation of services to youth and families including assessments, treatment/service planning, utilization of resources, community partnerships, referral assignments, and oversight of case and service coordination. Position does offer a hiring bonus of $2,500. Paid out out over the course of 6 months of successful employment; $1,000 at 30 days, $1,500 at 6 months.
